AMM - Being a Taekwondo World Gold Medallist,

Champion, and someone still comes up to you on
the street and picks a fight with you, what would
you do?
Silvio Simac - I would first and foremost attempt
to defuse the situation, release the tension,
resolve the conflict. There are NO winners in any
fight. Both sides lose. I don't fancy police station
nor hospital. Men fight for survival, dominance,
personal gain and most often to massage their
